The stay at this hotel was great Recently renovated Everything was good Pending a issue was billed for wrong night. Waiting for refund service

Upon arrival there was no one at the desk. I called out and knocked on the office door with no luck. When I started out the door to the pool area the attendant was just coming back in from cleaning up around the pool. Check in was very easy and the attendant was very apologetic for not being at the desk when I arrived.
