Large, comfortable rooms
Posted 19 Jul 2024 on HotelsWe were greeted by friendly helpful reception staff who offered us the only room they had available at 11.30 in the morning. We declined and said we would wait as it was an accessible room. Our luggage was stored for us and our room was ready when we returned later in the day.
It was a large, comfortable room with everything we could need for a nice stay. It was very clean and the bathroom was great with both a bath and a separate shower.
The hotel is 5 minutes walk from lots of restaurants and bars and the local attractions are within walking distance.
We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Terrible in everyway
Posted 23 Jun 2023 on HotelsLuggage drop off/ entrance/ parking all very unclear. No internet for entire stay. Staff did not know how to open parking garage door for our exit on a Sunday morning. Shower was moldy, towels were torn. Staff knew little of environs and could not guide us to places for dinner. Perpignan is a sketchy place. I would not recommend an overnight stay.
