Our first stay out since coronavirus and they were very accommodating. Contactless check in on our own time line and the dinner was amazing outside on the patio. Room was perfect, clean, and comfortable.

Too hot
Posted 29 Jun 2019 on HotelsWe didn’t actually stay because I booked for the wrong night. They were very helpful in finding me another place to stay. They don't have a check in procedure so we didn’t realize we were there the wrong day until another family came to check in.
Very spacious two story apartment, but very hot. No air conditioning or fans. Had to open windows, which didn’t really cool things off and that let in a bunch of bugs because there were no screens. Note we were there during a heat wave.

thanks a lot for your review that I would like to comment on. Firstly, we have a check in procedure to make sure that we check in the right guest into the right room. In your case there, was a misunderstanding with your name so we indeed made a mistake during the check in but this is certainly not the standard procedure. Secondly, the apartment is equipped with a fan like all our studios and apartments. You have been here indeed during a heat wave period, usually our studios and apartments are well tempered. Great little find!
Posted 25 Feb 2019 on HotelsStayed as a top off on route back to the UK from a week skiing with the kids in Austria. Haus & Hoff was a lovely hotel find, fantastic room and a real shame we arrived too late for dinner, as the restaurant looked fantastic. Breakfast was lovely though.

Room: Massive, clean and comfortable.
Food: Very tasty and affordable.
Location: Very quaint and beautiful.
Will definitely be dtaying here again.

Wonderful apartment!
Posted 8 Jul 2018 on OrbitzThe apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved the patio and yard/garden. If I had known how nice this would be, we would have stayed more days, here. Highly recommended!
