Overall okay.We enjoyed our stay.The hotel room does not have a lot but it is okay.

Very clean and well maintained. Staff was lovely and breakfast was tasty. Parking was a bit of a climb but not too bad.

I would really like my money back for this stay. We were by the emergency exit and it went off like three times during the middle of the night. Horrible experience!

The staff at this property was very helpful and friendly, however, the property is in need of some renovations. They started in some areas such as the lobby, however only part of our room was renovated, they did the bathroom, but the main room was not completed. I will also say house keeping needs to do a more through job. There are stains on the carpet through out the property. The other negative was parking. You have to drive up a hill to park and then take stairs back down to the property. There is limited handicap parking by the front doors. While the service from the staff was excellent, this is a property we would not return to. The parking was the major deciding factor.

My baby was on the floor in our room for all of 3 minutes before the knees of his outfit were completely dark brown, staff stated there was a security deposit… fine but don’t tell me you’re charging my card for $150 then I insert my card and it’s $190… staff should be better trained in hospitality.
