I liked the property, but the staff was rude and unwelcoming. We went to the restaurant terrace by the lake and were greeted by very rude waiter who practically yelled at us for not having a reservation. Than he almost laughed at us for not knowing what to do because we were not Ukrainian. For this price I would expect some service, which we did not get.

This property is beyond beautiful! We absolutely loves our stay here. There is a lot to do here it is well know for it’s medical treatments and detox programs also very nice spa and spa area. We loved our stay!

This has to be one of the greatest treasures in the Ukraine. The facilities are impeccable. Pool, SPA, lake, beach surroundings are breathtaking. The staff is remarkably professional, and at the same time hospitable and attentive! One of the most luxurious resorts we have ever been. The restaurants were 5 star, and many of the ingredients are grown locally! There is even a menu with a choice of 10 pillows!
Our favorite place out of the 40+ countries we have been!
