Check in host was amazing and so friendly. Bed had a giant hole in the middle of it. Zero water pressure. But for a quick sleep before traveling again it worked for the price

Woke up surrounded by bedbugs. Told the front desk agent as we checked out and she said she couldn't tell her manager until tomorrow because she was out of town. Didn't really seem surprised.

We paid for a King suite but when the door would not close properly we were put in a small room with one queen bed. there was no offer of a refund of any kind.

An elevator would be nice.

The Americans with disabilities act law calls for an elevator to be installed if your building has three or more stories.
