The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and the staff were so welcoming. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars, only because my family and I wanted there to be free hot beverages and some snacks at the reception for the amount that we were paying per night.

Room was unsafe. Sconses above the beds are in the middle of the beds and way too close to the pillows. Danger of burns from lightbulb (incandescent still in 2025!) or even worse, breaking them just my turning over in the bed. Carpets are very musty, room not well lit, no intimacy curtain, service didn’t provide enough towels for the number of guests and was stingy about providing enough coffee.

Property is right next to the beach with the side view of the Perce Rock. The room is just a sleeping room with a tiny bathroom with a big glass window overlooking the porch and the 'rock'. Typical old-style accommodation, but it's clean and with a fire-pit and chairs outside to spend some good time facing the sea and the rock.
