Easy to find the hotel and easy parking. The room is big and very comfortable. Variety of beakfast menu and delicious. Near to Penang Sentral and Penang Bridge.

There are small cockroaches. There were no towels placed in the room. There were stains on the furniture and sheets in the room. I had requested for the room to be cleaned, but it was not. I didn't request anything and suddenly in the middle of the night there was a knock on the door and a doorbell, very scary. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
