"We loved the little bungalow we stayed in for one night. We booked it because it was close to the Porto airport and perfect for a short stay. The bonus was how close to the Ocean it was and the great caliber of the restaurants on the shore. The only difficult part was check-in. The receptionist was surly and ignored us for 25 minutes, without acknowledgng us at the front desk, while she was on a phone call. Cute spot and very convenient."

"We absolutely loved our stay. It was cosy and clean at a good location near restaurants and bars. We barely needed to use any form of public transportation. Amenities were good - the bottle of wine was a nice touch. We were able to store our luggages after check out. Veronica who runs the place was super responsive with any questions we had. Overall no complaints. If there was one thing that we had to fault - it would be no full length mirrors. But this is a really minor point"

"An amazing property with old world charm and all the modern conveniences, including an elevator. Great location, close to river, restaurants and so many historical areas. Very safe area. Would stay here again. "

"SE apartment, 3rd floor. Tiny, clean, quiet, centrally-located studio apartment with large windows and great views of the city. Nice bathroom but, despite complaints, a broken toilet seat was not replaced."

"Very nice, cute place to stay. Everything with our room was excellent. Highly recommended!"

"The continental breakfast was simple but always fresh. Cleaning staff asked every day if anything needed doing. Reception staff always ready to offer advice on where to dine, walk or visit depending on the amount of time we had that day. While I am aware that the hotel is not a 4 star hotel, the staff made it feel it could be. "

Rooftop pool was unavailable due to maintenance which was a bummer. There was a considerable amount of mold in the bathroom of my ‘box’- around the base of the shower and in behind the sink. The industrial aesthetic, dim lighting and absence of windows might lead one to overlook it. I would stay here again on a solo trip but the box might be tight for two people."
