Overall, the hotel was very nice. They need to improve their elevators. The hotel was busy and the elevators are so slow. After waiting 15 minutes with a large number of other guests, we wound up walking up 7 floors to our room with luggage. Certainly not the greatest of accommodations.

We had a lovely stay. Although there were 2 full beds instead of queens, we each took one and it was comfy.
The windows are in need of cleaning but there wasn't much of a view anyway. It was a great place for us.

Nice historical property. Good pillows and spacious room. Issues with check in. Food/drinks service so so. Had cold cuts out at breakfast that were spoiled. Otherwise breakfast was average, but did have made to order omlettes

The room itself was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The area the hotel is in is typical of a downtown area and we did have a few people approach us asking for money as we parked and unloaded our bags. My one complaint is that I was looking forward to the hot tub and it was blocked off with caution tape and was not in service.
