The people who run this B&B are wonderful! Very friendly and accommodating. And breakfast is a real treat. Traditional German offerings combined with homemade jams and breads.
The room was very spacious, the bed so comfortable and views over the lake make this place so special. It is also within walking distance of a local winery/bistro that has an incredible menu.

Very good host and very attentive to our needs.
Suggest providing white towels instead of coloured ones.
Breakfast was very basic and limited quality, can be improved

It's nice to hear that you appreciated our efforts.We would have loved to meet your expectations with our variety of a total of 6 different local cheeses with two different homemade chutneys, scrambled eggs with bacon, two types of homemade bread, yoghurt cereals with home-grown fruit, a different homemade jam every morning and, in addition, alternating homemade pastries and a specialty from our region, coffee from a private roastery, tea from the local tea shop and homemade cherry juice.

Excellent facilities. Breakfasts were fantastic. Beautiful location. Friendly and accomodating owners. We highly recommend it. Will definitely stay there again.

Exactly what we were looking for

Just a quick two-night stay, but we loved our swim in the pool each morning and of course Kerstin's morning, homemade breakfast complete with cherry juice and served outside on the deck. Very Okanagan... Our suite was the Hamburg suite (some sites call it the Romance suite). The one-bedroom suite... Lots of room to move around with a living room, a kitchen with table and a little fridge. We loved our stay... Though we didn't bring our bikes to ride to wineries along the KVR trail, maybe that's something for next time. Thank you.

Beautiful View
Posted 24 Jul 2024 on HotelsBeautiful gardens and a stunning view from the deck that spanned the entire length of the house. Our two bedroom was very clean, and the kitchen was an added bonus. The pool was like new and was super clean - it was perfect for cooling off after a hot ride (the trail is right beside the property?). Lovely hosts and an overall wonderful stay.

Beautifully situated, this B&B offers a comfortable alternative to a hotel stay. The hosts offer a sampling of local jams and cheeses.
