It was like we were staying in our on condo on the bay. It felt like we entered a spa upon walking into our room.

No black out shades room was light all night. Pillows hard

It has been brought to my attention that your recent visit could have been better. As you may know, providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority, and hearing we have fallen below is something we apologize for and would like to timely address.Based on your feedback, we will immediately add softer standard pillows to the Garden guest rooms. In the next 30 days, we plan to install blackout shades in these same rooms and designate them as blackout rooms.Hopefully, these improvements will help you and other future guests.

Fabulous in every way!
Posted 7 Feb 2023 on HotelsThe hotel is new & fabulous! The decor is so serene. Our room (king) was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is huge and nicely appointed. The service was extremely courteous & professional....and the location is right downtown. Many restaurants & shops just blocks away. Highly recommend.
