Our room is spacious and quiet. However, neither TV in our room works. We called the front desk and she came to our room twice. She could not fix it either.

Clean and quiet

Was here for a quick nights sleep on a cross country drive. Bed was very comfortable, hotel was clean and quiet.

Hotels.com error with reservation

The hotel staff were excellent. The check-in process was only terrible because Hotels.com did not send my 2-room reservation to the hotel. They only sent over my request for one room and they did not have a second of the same type available. The hotel did a great job of finding a second room that would work for my party of 6.

The hotel is old. By looking at the pictures, I thought it was near the beach, but it's not. It's 30 minutes from Pensacola Beach in light traffic. The air conditioner was leaking water on the floor in the room and it was moldy. I had to use my asthma meds. The bed had body hair under the covers and black stuff all over the sheets. The staff apologized and moved us to another room that was a little smaller, but did not offer a discount. The safe accidentally closed and it took forever for them to get it opened because the battery was too weak. Needs updating!! I loved the Beach, but this hotel is not the one. The staff was accommodating and somewhat friendly.
