The property was great and in a perfect location to the airport. The only problem was the lady at the night desk who ignored pretty much every request. We were looking forward to a relaxing tub and had only a shower even after making sure she understood what we wanted. She told us we could get a grab and go breakfast before our flight but we had to wait on it since the bags were not ready. She failed to tell us they would not be ready until after we had to leave.

The bed had been slept in and sheets were not changed. Hair on the sheets. Hair on the pillow. So disgusting!!!!! We had to move to another room Would not recommend this hotel. Also they had a sign that could accommodate anyone with food allergies (which I have celiac) however they had NOTHING!!! The lady who worked I. The kitchen felt bad and told the staff at the front desk that we should be reimbursed. Received nothing at all😤

The property behind the hotel is vacant. Several occupied vehicles were parked there making us concerned about the safety of the area. The back entrance to the hotel smelled like pot. Completely unacceptable for an establishment like this. Several rooms had trash and towels piled up outside of the doors. We will not be staying at this location again.

Your shuttle driver did not show for work and I was told I could walk to the airport or get a Uber! I should not have to pay for transportation when I booked a room at a hotel that provided a shuttle.

The hotel was clean and the room was fine but there was a buzzing noise that came from the vent in the bathroom and made it hard to fall asleep. The hotel is older and could use some updating.
