Traveled to Pensecola to escape Milton. I requested early check in but ended up arriving later than planned. The super friendly woman at the front desk noticed that and reversed the charge without hesitation. My room was clean, towels very soft, and bed and pillows were fine. The employees were all very polite and responsive to needs. I had my dogs with me and there is plenty of greenspace to exercise.

Killed 3 giant roaches in my room and the shower’s water heater was obnoxiously loud. Also a weird smell
