Having been to Glenridding many many times, this is the first I’ve stayed at Fairlight Guesthouse. It won’t be the last! It was a lovely place to stay; great bedroom, comfy bed, powerful shower, onsite parking, lovely staff and good breakfast.

Room was bigger than anticipated with a good shower and bath ensuite. Breakfast was too much (so chose the smaller version) if you are going walking afterwards. It was great though. We would happily stay here again without reservation.

Room warm and comfortable, and breakfast had a good range of cereal and cooked items for those who wanted them. Main drawback was parking; not adequate for number of rooms. Could have been sorted if National Park had been sensible and allowed local businesses (who they are supposed to support) to use their large car park for their customers.
