This is a lovely property with a beautiful view of the ocean and Lombok item. This is the highlight of the property. Lowlights are that it’s difficult to get with the small roads and the only roads leading to the property are badly in need of repair. Expect a very bumpy and unsettling ride in. The staff are friendly but often don’t understand requests (if you speak English), simple requests were frequently misunderstood. The pool is nice but small, seating by the pool is very limited and commingled with the dining area which isn’t ideal for enjoying a relaxing meal day or night. The dining area, bar and lobby are also right next to each other which means staff is running around and it’s not easy to compartmentilize addressing any one thing. Check in is noisy, there is no bar, and staff members are often doing 1-3 different jobs simultaneously. The dining area is all outdoors and is beautiful in the mornings. However if you’re not a fan of dining with ants, moths and other flying insects, this will not be for you. Add in the weather or temperature impacts adding to the discomfort of your meal at times. Dinner time is especially impacted by these disturbances. The rooms are clean but again impacted by insects. The property is economically challenged in the since that if you would like to keep the room cool while your away, you’ll have to leave a business card in the main power slot otherwise your rooms power will shutdown after you leave.

Beautiful property with incredible view of the ocean from the balcony and rooms. No TV in the rooms which was OK. The pool is very small and not very well situated so that you can relax peacefully.

Rooms have recently been refurbished so are nice and comfortable. The staff tries hard but could benefit from additional training… a few odd things happened, including a call at 7am from front desk asking if we could return something we’d borrowed from the dive shop (note the dive shop hadn’t asked for it back yet). To note also, even though the dive shop is in the hotel (or rather above) for the actual dives you will be taken to town (15min ride). Food is ok
