Pros: GREAT location with beautiful views right across the street from the ocean. Staff is very friendly. Loads of amenities (though you have to pay extra). Cons: Bungalows have ZERO light in the kitchen and minimal lighting in the room. We had to use our headlamp to cook. There is no way to have air circulation in the room if you don’t have the main sliding doors open while you sleep. Only one small bathroom window that cracks a few inches. You will either be hot with no air flow or leave the door open (we felt safe) and get bit up by mosquitoes as there’s no screen. A few tweaks and this place could be a gem.

Fantastic views - accommodation a bit cramped

This place is right on the cliffs looking over the Atlantic Ocean - the views are magnificent. We had one of the little maisonette with a shower room. It was a bit cramped overall but clean. Swimming pool was nice and breakfast was good value - €6 for 4 items

Overall the place was great, quiet, customer service was excellent, friendly & helpful. Only thing I can think of, terms of improvement, it would be nice to have an outlet in the bathroom or one by a mirror. And maybe a mini fridge. Personal preference though. Would stay again

Inconvenient

I took it for granted that soap would be included in the room, so I didn't double check this in the list of features. It was in fact missing, but there was no promise that it would be there. I think this is a weird thing to cheap out on given the price of the unit. The property is pretty isolated in Peniche so you can't just pop into a shop and get some. Access to the unit requires walking ~200m, and walking through a turn style. A hassle to get in and out frankly. The room otherwise was pretty nice.

Vraiment un très beau petit loft!!! Tout le matériel pour pouvoir cuisiner sur place, petit patio pour l'apéro, grandes portes vitrées ; un excellent hébergement à un prix plus que raisonnable. Situé dans un secteur plus commercial mais à distance de marche des corniches, plages et épicerie. Je recommande fortement!

Die Unterkunft war leider nicht sehr sauber 😕. Es gibt keinen Kasten, keinen Haken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung. Ausstattung sehr spärlich. Für Selbstverpflegung eher nicht so geeignet. Die Leute sind aber sehr freundlich und nett.

- La presqu'ile de Peniche est magnifique. cependant bien des désagréments nous ont été trop désagréables : - difficile pour se faire comprendre, - équipement trop usagé ou manquant, - PAS D'EAU CHAUDE pour la vaisselle et la douche. - Mauvaise précision pour l'équipement du linge de maison. - pas de penderie, placard - chambre lit double trop étroite, - difficulté pour se garer en fin de journée. (pas assez de places de parking, - bruit le samedi soir trop tardivement.
