"We had a lovely stay. The hotel was nice with lovely common areas and rooms were large. Good location if you’re planning on surfing and going to the beach. Going into the city is a long (30 min) walk or short drive. Staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had a nice spread. Definitely recommend this place, especially if you come in a car so you can drive around Peniche because there’s some absolutely stunning views off the cliffs."

"The guesthouse did not expect our arrival until Monday, although we had booked for Sunday. Unfortunately, we were then faced with a closed door and had to quickly find another accommodation on Sunday evening, which was anything but easy and also came at a higher cost.
