We were charged for two rooms for three nights. We received a phone call and was asked to pay in advance for the two rooms because it was during the Pendleton Rodeo and others wanted the rooms. So I paid. Then within two days we realized we could not stay the third night. So called and asked for a refund. She said no problem. Well, I call almost every day because I had not received my refund. Talked to the same girl and she told me it would be taken care of. When we checked in I brought it to their attention. Again another gentleman said it would be taken care of. The day we checked out I mentioned it again. I felt like a broken record. I was promised it would be done. Well instead of the $270 refund they gave me a $46 refund. What??? So again called. Yes I will take care of it. Well here it is over two months and several phone calls later with no refund. I have received only promises and no refund. I am really frustrated and will never give them business again.
