Breakfast was good, room condition so so. Bedding poor, loud, old AC Heat system. Noisy parking lot w people coming and going.

Very clean and well maintained. Excellent choices at breakfast. The only negative for me was I was on the first floor below the owner's apartment and there were children and excessive furniture scraping noises each night (I'm assuming from chairs). Had I been in a different room, I'm sure that it would not have been so noisy. Other than that, no issues.
