The staff was incredible. I’ve never felt so welcomed and appreciated as a guest. The property is stunning with glorious views and the nature walk area was amazing.

We stayed in a family treehouse and it was fabulous. The staff is so kind. There was a sloth hanging out by reception. The hot springs are gorgeous. It is paradise

There was no available wifi. The a/c needed to be maintained- it was very loud.

Slice of Paradise

Beautiful family run resort . We stayed in the Deluxe Treehouse and it was wonderful up in the treetops! Hot springs were perfect on the property within walking distance . Restaurant was under roof open air and the food was delicious . The owners Omar and Alejandro were so friendly. Jimmy was a great server and told us a lot about the animals ,flowers and island Such a wonderful Costa Rican slice of paradise !Thank you for sharing your property with us

This place is pretty special. It is a small, low key resort. My son wanted to stay close to the pool, so we stayed in a standard room. The room wasn't great. The beds were hard, it could use a refresh, the air conditioner was loud, and there was no soundproofing. If we had picked one of the bungalows or treehouses, I likely would have given the place 5 stars. It is a nice alternative away from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna but still close to lots of attractions.

Overall the property was beautiful and lots of wildlife surrounding. Staff were always pleasant. Breakfast options were decent. Our only two complaints are the beds/pillows and the bugs in our room.Extremely hard and uncomfortable bedding and the large amount of bugs in our treehouse. Not sure if the cleaning crew left the doors open while they cleaned or if they managed to enter through the small openings but our last night in the tree house has several bugs that night.
