"We were given a disabled person’s room initially which was unsuitable for us. Staff quickly and courteously responded and provided a balcony room overlooking the pool at no extra cost. The hotel is quite new, well run and the breakfast is excellent.run"

"This was for my wife's birthday and the room was excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful. The only negative was the condition of the sofa. I was not going to share it here, but the fact that they were aware when I mentioned it to them, made me wonder why wasn't it replaced."
