This hotel is in terrible condition, staff is rude and impolite, garbage and dirt everywhere, broken windows, the only thing good is the WiFi. Needs a complete renovation

Let us check in 30 minutes early. Served a nice lunch at a fair price. Room was sparse but clean. Free self parking is a plus. WiFi not good in rooms but worked in the public areas. Staff was very helpful especially the young lady in the restaurant who also worked the barista coffee area in the mornings. Close to several restaurants and places of interest.

Good place to stay to visit the local Castle. People friendly although they do not speak English. Had a problem with the airconditioning in the room it was not blowing cold. Other than this would use them again if in the area

Arrived to find the gates locked and the hotel closed - with no prior warning. Has either gone bust or closed for refurbishment, but either way it isn't open for business!

Promised more than it delivered

hotel is perfectly placed for a visit to Penafiel and the Ribero de Duero wine country. It looks impressive from the outside, but the inside leaves much to be desired. The room was very basic and had not been properly cleaned The bed was very hard. The breakfast was terrible.
