Pros:
Staff was very friendly
Nice common space with lovely aesthetics
Free breakfast was clean and fresh
Beds were comfortable (firm side)
Plenty of pillows (soft & firm options)
A/C worked well
Large tv
Generally well maintained/clean
Easy parking and decently lit
Gym was small but clean
Good snack options including local treats
Cons:
One of our beds had black hair on the sheet/had to replace ourselves
Elevator is very slow and there is only 1
A/C is older and loud
Noisy everything: bring earplugs if you must stay here! floors are thin with no padding under the carpet. Every step makes a sound. People below us complained because walking/rolling the office chair an inch was too loud

The staff at this hotel are amazing from check in to housekeeping even maintence everyone was pleasant and helpful and kind
