The staff was quite helpful i did get a negative letter from house cleaning over a mistake. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on both me and my partner ended up feeling awful after a couple nights

Our usual practice is to ask guests in the morning whether they require room service, and if the answer is yes, our housekeepers knock on the door and confirm any cleaning or amenity needs. We are unclear about what happened in your case, but we will be sure to pass this along to management to ensure clearer communication moving forward.Regarding the bed, we understand how important comfort is for a good night's sleep, and we're sorry to hear that you and your partner did not find it comfortable. While the condition of our beds can vary based on guest usage, many of our guests do find them comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable traffic noise was at a minimum.

Easy access, simple breakfast included, kitchenette, parking right outside the door. Very nice motel.

Great room and staff. Price could be better for what you get. My only feedback is they need a soap dish holder in the bathroom for the soap bar.
