El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable. La habitación si bien está remodelada es muy oscura, apenas una pequeña ventana a un espacio interior. Se destaca el restaurante del hotel para almorzar o cenar, excelente calidad y precio.

O quarto triplo que me hospedei estava extremamente limpo e banheiro higienizado. O frigobar com bastante opções de bebidas e chocolates. O atendimento dos funcionários é maravilhoso, pois todos são muito educados, prestativos e gentis. Recomendo fortemente se hospedar neste hotel, que fica localizado no coração da cidade de Pelotas.

Foi boa não pedi pra trocar as toalhas e mesmo assim trocaram. O quarto era pequeno e a cama desproporcional ao tamanho, fazendo com que o ar-condicionado ficasse em cima da cabeça, tornando muito frio o quarto, mesmo quente tinha que dormir tapada. Pra quem sofrer de bronquite um grande problema. O café da manhã maravilha e os funcionários gentis.

Uma opção muito boa. Quarto confortável, bom chuveiro, recepção e funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã bom. Localização super central. Excelente custo/benefício. Não há estacionamento junto ao hotel, mas na quadra anterior, e é pago.
