Pros: All Good.
Location: Located slightly outside the city centre in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Pelotas is not a huge city by Brazilian standards it is easily walkable
Very clean and spacious room. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Air Conditioning and Wifi are excellent. Good to have a balcony overlooking the city. Customer service made us feel welcome. Located in a quite neighbourhood. We have nothing to complain about this Apart-Hotel.

Clean but cold
Posted 18 Aug 2016 on HotelsStayed one night. Apartment was very cold (heat only in bedroom). No restaurant for lunch or dinner--walked three blocks to a bakery. Breakfast was nice. Not centrally located. Arrived early and was not allowed to check-in until 14:00. Left for lunch and was accepted at 12:30 pm.

Pros: Pretty much everything.
Cons: not much
Location: i didn't do much around here.
there is a university district... with a few places...
otherwise you drive to the main venues
I loved the place
very modern spacious and clean.

É um flat em que a internet só funciona na sala. Quarto e banheiro sem nenhum sinal de internet. Zero flexibilidade sobre cancelamento e pagamento.
