"5 star experience staying at this location. I will stay here again when I return to Cortina. Anything in the room that we had a question about or needed help with, the hotel staff responded immediately. "Wow! This place is amazing. Gorgeous setting in the Dolomites. The spa contains a bunch of saunas- all different temperatures, humidities and “ themes”. If you’re into sauna bathing, that is the BEST! Staff is excellent. "

"The staff was exceptional during our stay (off season right before closing for holiday)… and we found the location just right for walking to trails in the area. Our room was very nice except we had an exceptional small bathroom ( one had to sit on the toilet at an angle or your knees hit the shower wall). Also, it turned cold rainy and snowy while we were there but the fireplace was not lit :( I would recommend this place again! "
