I had to work through VPN on my computer and their wifi couldn't accommodate that. I have no phone signal in the area so i was unable to use my hotspot. Browsing internet is fine but upload and download for work may be challenging

If I could leave 0 stars I would. When I arrived at the hotel no one was at the desk to greet me. I stood there for a few moments waiting and still no one showed. I said “hello” fairly loud and still nothing. After a few more minutes someone yelled out I’ll be right there. After checking in we when to the room. The hallway to the room was really dirty. Hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. We walked into the room at first it seemed ok. My daughter took her shoes off and started walking around barefoot while we ate dinner quick. I picked her up to see her feet were black and full of crumbs and dirt from the floor. After that I noticed there was poop smeared all over the front of the toilet and the bathroom floor was covered in “stuff”. I was so grossed out I went and asked for another room. She gave us a room on the complete other side of the hotel. So we loaded up and headed that way. Once we got to the room I checked the bathroom to find pee all down the front of the toilet, hair in the shower and a red stuff in the shower as well. I walked over to the bed that looked like it had been laid in so I pulled the sheets back to find BLOOD all over the bedding. That was our final straw. We walked back out of the hotel got a refund and went to a different hotel. County inn and suites which is wayyyyy cleaner!!! I do not recommend staying here. This hotel was nasty on all levels. The front desk told me they only have one person who cleans the rooms and she can’t get to them all. So no

Only has a desk chair in room. We have back problems so sitting on bed doesn't work. Family lives in Pella so when they came to visit they didn't have a chair to sit in. Had to ask for extra toilet paper and noone at front desk throughout the stay. Had to get extra towels myself. Bathroom could of been cleaner. Dirty around toilet. Breakfast was very good!!!!

We were in town for the Knoxville Late Model Nationals. Friendly, helpful staff were able to accommodate an early check-in and were very welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. TV channel selection could use an update fom analog. Good breakfast options daily. Well stocked. Hot tub was out of order, so we didn't check out the pool area. Short drive to Pella from the hotel. 2nd year in a row staying here and will be booking again for next year.

There was no reservation for us when we tried to check in. This was twice in 1 week at 2 different hotels the expedia was to have made. Very upset about not having a room. I don't think I will use your service again. We drove over 3 hours to find out we DID NOT have a place to stay. Your company drop the ball on this.

Hallways and laundry facilities and stairwells on 2nd Floor show significant lack of attention. I had to find a laundromat in the area. Hallways and stairwells were visibly dirty. Garbage cans in and around facility overflowing. Thankfully the Room was clean and comfortable

The property around the hotel was beautiful! It is set on a golf course with amazing homes around. But easy to get to things in town. Amazing small town!
