El staff no tiene nada de amabilidad y servicio al cliente, el trago de bienvenida se pide no lo ofrecen, estuvimos en la sala de espera para el check out ni cafe ofrecieron, hora del desayuno y nada estaba listo, las habitacionrs super lejos de la playa, del bar de todo, no tiene wifi y la comida carisima, no amenidades, nada que hacer, super aburridos emlpleados y una musica en el bar como arabe en un pais tropical, sueño teniamos, todo muy triste
