The property in still in a phase of construction/ remodel on one of the buildings but that did not hamper our stay at all. They were very attentive and accommodating. We had a booking issue with expedia and Antonio was great to compensate for the error and put us in a room when he had none. It all worked out great in the end Like to give a shout out to Cesar as well.

Fantastic apartment with full kitchen. The caretaker on-site is fantastic and the staff is extremely helpful! Highly recommended!

Horrible visit and no help from Hotels.com

Upon our arrival, no one at hotel, no reception and no check-in. Called Hotels.com and received NO help. Finally a person arrived to share you had to go to a different hotel to register for this one. This was 45 minutes after arriving to a "deserted" hotel. Upon registration, staff was amazing and friendly. Confusion over what we booked and the facilities expected, they helped resolve this and we went back to the hotel. On entering the room, there is a heavy heavy smell of mold with some visible around the air ducts. It was difficult to stay any period of time, but we persisted. When it was time for bed, we were met by a slew of ants in the bedroom and bathroom. This was definitely not a good stay at all and seeking help by Hotels.com was unsuccessful again. Only phone numbers to get assistance, no chat or email we can use. By morning we were tired, cranky and my wife's allergies flared up with the heavy stench of mold. We left after the first night of a 3 day booking. We contacted the hotel to advise we left and would not be returning, they advised to contact hotels.com for the refund, but they are difficult to get a hold of at best. I think our experience with Hotels.com further leads to a bad visit. This was a shame because staff were fantastic!, but the facility would barely make a 2-3 star, at best and there are also no amenities on site such as ice, refreshment, etc...

Falta una cafetera, lo demás bien

La habitación está muy bien pero no hay recepción, ni ningún servicio, hay que ir a otro hotel, por cierto no muy cercano. En mi opinión un fallo muy grande es que no tiene cafetera, inexplicable ya que tiene una gran cocina. Y por otra parte no tiene bar ni posibilidad de desayunar en el hotel, sorprendente!

Gracias por alojarse en Pedasí Paradise, su opinión es muy importante para nosotros. Dandole respuesta a sus comentarios; Recepción tenemos para atender a todos los huéspedes y el lugar donde debe registrarse esta justamente en el mismo camino hacia llegar al hotel donde se alojaría, no la saca de ruta y tampoco esta distante ya que son 3 minutos en carro hasta llegar al otro hotel. En cuanto a los servicios aún se esta trabajando en eso ya que próximamente se habilitará un bohío justamente enfrente del hotel para poder optar por bebidas, desayunos, almuerzos y cenas. Seguramente en su próxima visita encuentre ya listo todo lo que le mencioné que esta en proceso. Saludos.
