"The good : the owner was nice, easily reachable and provided us free coffee capsules and towels, the view from our balcony was pretty, the neighbourhood was quiet and the place was clean. Good A/C. Spacious room with cupboard space provided. The bad : it is not a “hotel” but a house with shared rooms, the name is a bit misleading.
