Good hotel, but

The staff made a big difference. Our room was very nice and clean. Temperature was very hot and humid in Italy. Our air conditioner worked great. There is a grocery store few doors down. Cecilia and all the staff were very helpful and polite.

Tuscany Treat
Posted 20 Jul 2024 on HotelsGreat location to explore the countryside of Tuscany. The rooms were just as pictured and described. The staff is hands down EXCELLENT in their customer service and assistance to visitors to the area. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Geeignet für 1 Nacht zur Durchreise
Posted 7 Jul 2024 on HotelsDer Check In ging schnell & es stehen genügend Gratis Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Coop welcher auch Sonntags geöffnet hat.
Zimmerausstattung war gut, Klimaanlage hat bei uns nicht funktioniert & Minibar kühlt bedingt.
Das Frühstück war ok mehr nicht. Man kann nur bis 9.30 Uhr frühstücken.
