All the staff were very helpful and kind. Rani, Riski to mention a few of them. Happy hour drinls were a welcome treat too. Stayed in room 217, a family suite with 2 large beds, 2 bathrooms and a safe too. TVs in each room and the sitting room too.
Definitely worth a stay.

Had an awesome experience at Le Grande Bali. Pool and bar area with pool table was amazing, breakfast buffet was delicious and had tons of options, air conditioning in the room was perfect after long days in the sunshine. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was above and beyond, friendly, helpful, and added such positive energy.

The staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfast buffet was tasty. However, we felt the standard of the room let the hotel down and left us questioning how it was a 5* hotel, there were no tables/chairs on the balcony meaning we couldn’t use it. There was no hot water in the shower & the paint work was chipped. Just felt a bit run down.
