"Stayed here after our 17k hike from Snezka mountain and it was the best decision we could have made. Extra comfy bed with luxurious bathroom was exactly what we needed. Schönes Hotel leider viel geschlossen
"Hotel war sauber und die Zimmer modern eingerichtet und großzügig Leider mussten wir an drei von vier Tagen in dem „Schwester Hotel“ pecr well zum Frühstück gehen. Hotel is maybe a 6/10 Max. Internet is horrible.
"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel ..."
