The room was very clean . The staff were very nice and it was quick to check in and out.The fridge didn’t cool. But overall it was a nice stay.

Dog “policy” doesn’t make sense!

I reserved a room for 2 people with 3 dogs since the policy was a reasonable $10 per dog on Hotels.con’s web site. When I arrived, the agent on duty gave me a price “with the dog fee,” which I paid. We walked the dogs openly, picked up after them, and had take out so they were never left alone. When I checked out, the same employee said I owed $20 for the 2 other dogs since I had only paid for 1. He said the motel only allows 1 dog, and his boss was very angry. I paid him the $20, but how can the policy be $10 per dog if only 1 is allowed? The motel and/or Hotels.com should correct this! It’s a shame I won’t go back because it was a good little motel otherwise.

We do not allow 3 dogs only 1 pet and sometime 2 small dogs. Sorry for the confusion about pet fee it's 10 dollar for 1 pet and 20 dollar for 2 pets. I sent you a message asking you how many dogs are you bringing and you did not reply.. But anyway it's 30 for 3

Bed was old and uncomfortable. The bedspread was tattered and worn out. Chairs in room were cushions but none existence. Other than that few thing the room was as expected for the choice available.
