There were helpful and friendly staff and soft beds
But carpet felt a little sticky in my room and the indoor pool is cold and the fitness room was outdated and very small.

The staff in the hotel and restaurant were great. The room was not fully clean and the refrigerator did not work. We were too tired to complain about it. We’ve used this hotel before and it was much better, but we won’t be back anytime soon.

Check in wad slow. Room potty was running. Tv difficult to turn on and off. No channel guide. Found dirty wash rag dropped out of shower cartain. No stop in sink. No glasses or drinking cups in thr bathroom. No stirrers at coffee counter in lobby. No sitting sears in the room. Had one type chair. Had lots of outlets and use ports. Breakfast paid was good. Excellant service. Fast and efficient. Check out was fast.

This was a great place to stay. We got a two room suite, and it was huge. The location is by shopping, restaurants and a movie theater. The staff were very nice. We missed our flight and had to stay an extra day. Rachelle at the front desk gave us a late checkout and put us on the free shuttle to the airport for the next day. Couldn’t have been nicer.
