The first room we were given had a very musty odor and the carpet was slightly damp. They did give us a different room upon request. It was better but still had a slightly musty odor.

The front desk was not friendly or helpful with directions of elevator after check in. The beds were so hard and the room smelled very musty. The cleaning staff did not put out wet floor sign and my granddaughter with her grandmother fell in the hall outside the bathroom and all he said was, I was going to get the sign. Not are you okay or can I help you up?? There were also 3 other managers/staff talking and seen them but never said anything. We only stayed the night and that was long enough. The free breakfast was the only good I can say about our stay.

Clean room, very quiet. Easy. Check in and out.

Pool was closed. If you were with children they need some activities. Break fast was same everyday no change. Room carpet need to change or put air freshener..
