I arrived after dark, about 6:30 pm, and the front entrance was unattended, dimly lit, and adjacent buildings were dark and seemed unoccupied. There was no valet service and the parking area and side entrance were a long way from the front entrance. The side entrance to the facility from the parking area was unlocked and required no room key so I did not feel secure entering alone . I drove to a restaurant in another location to wait for my traveling companion who was two hours behind me. When we entered our room which looked acceptable at first glance, we saw that the small upholstered sofa in the room was quite obviously stained in several places so that we did not want to use it at all. The morning of our departure we asked at the front desk if there was a place to get coffee. The staff were very nice and pointed us to a small unattended coffee station with no decaf coffee available. They did not mention whether there was a restaurant or dining area of any kind on the premises with any sort of breakfast food offered so we assumed there was none. We had trouble finding the exit to the parking lot as there was no signage and it was quite a long way from the front desk. The grounds were attractive in the daylight but the building was too large and sprawling. For all of the reasons mentioned, I would not book there again.

I stayed 3 nights and l was placed in room 444 my e experience was very disappointed. It was my birthday and was very hurt and uncomfortable with the room.Handicaps room,l took a bath in the tub, l am very uncomfortable,room wasn’t clean.your general manager should look into this matter. I need a refund. I am a senior citizen choose your hotel to enjoy my birthday. Looking forward for a favorable reply. Unhappy guest.

As a women staying by herself and arriving late, it was very dark around the property and the parking was away from the bldg. I did not feel safe and then they put me in the very last room on the floor and I had to walk a very long way to get to my room and then offered no help to find a easy way to get to my room.
