Staff was amazing and breakfast was good The hotel is being renovated but overall a good experience The property is a bit dated but again the standards are well kept and even though the rooms need a refresh they are nice and big Convenient location just by the highway. The pool needs to be treated more as it gave the feeling it was dirty (the colour was not transparent and because of that we did not use it) Everything else was excellent Parking was ok but you need to pay via your phone, should be free but understand if they need to control it due to people taking advantage of it and 6 to 7 dollars is ok for 24 hours Thanks

Stayed 12/11-12/14. First room we went into reaked like rotten food and was so dirty; we moved rooms multi times due to them being so dirty. Never mind the dirt and smell, the rooms were all falling apart. Water marks on the ceilings in each room, carpet pulled up and gross, food debris in carpet and the couch and chairs, the furniture was all stained and tattered. We requested a pack and play with our stay, when we opened it garage and piece of food came out, asked front desk if we could have cleaning supplies and was denied. The pool was dirty inside and out. Wish we knew there was construction on the hotel, so loud! And we were by the elevator and that was extremely loud, couldn't keep the little one asleep never mind us getting sleep since the elevator shook the walls and was so loud. 1 day it rained and there was tons of waste coming in the front entrance celling, the business center had standing water, I was down there and the ceiling tiles were falling from the Ceiling on to us, so much water coming in. The shower was dirty, the shower heads were broken with no water pressure. Everything about this hotel was gross. The fitted sheet on the beds were torn up, in each room we went to. They wouldn't give us mattress cover or sheet for pack and play. The heater must of been broken, set to 69 but it was constant 77 degrees in there even when you put the ac on. Only the TV in the living room worked not the bedroom one. When asked if the room could have house keeping in it the

Kristen at front desk was especially helpful, although all staff were very nice. Breakfast ...a very good buffet. Beds were quite comfortable. Full kitchen with utensils a big plus. This is our 3rd stay... For some medical appointments at Lahey Clinic in Peabody. Highly recommend. Will be returning in a couple of weeks.

The staff were very kind and helpful during our stay. The room was kept tidy and clean and the area was quiet and the restaurants around were great. We will gladly come back here next time!

Had a nice stay at the property. Allison (I believe that was her name) was very, very friendly. She had amazing recommendations. She was also able to check us in early which was wonderful after a 7 hour drive. Suite was large and spacious.

While checking in the staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel was being renovated on the outside of the building. The one that we were given was not cleaned. We found trash around the suite, hair on the pillows and some type of bug larva within the bed. We alerted the staff and unfortunately we weren’t able to get another room or be accommodated that day. The staff were very apologetic and checked us out. We only lasted 20 minutes at the hotel. Hopefully the renovations that are much needed help to breath life back into this old hotel.
