We stayed at multiple hotel while visiting India and Trident was by far our favorite. The staff, from the doormen to front desk to restaurant and in room dining personnel were smiling & friendly and always happy to help us.
The level of cleanliness and security was top of class as well. We stayed at more expensive, “better” hotels that were not on level with Trident.
We will be returning to Chennai often and will stay at Trident exclusively from now on!

Excellent professional and helpful staff who provided personalized service, attention to details, and a willingness to accommodate our requests. The reception team and the dining room host and staff were particularly good.
