The hotel was quite nice but far from the main centre area of Thessaloniki. Had to catch transport to the centre and restaurants/cafes at night.

It was a decent stay, not much to do in walking distance. Pool was nice, the gym needs a lot of work.

I liked that they helped with a dinner, but I did not like that they said they would give us champagne for my wedding and then didn’t. Also, I was told through Expedia I would get my VIP service and did not. The staff for room service and the dining area were off putting and made me and my people feel rushed. The manager was very nice so I feel bad for leaving a poor review. The lifeguard was nice and the front desk staff very nice too. I just thought more of a 5 start hotel and it didn’t feel that way.

Very good hotel with friendly staff. Evening meal and buffet breakfast not as good as similar standard hotels. Disappointed at lack of tea making facilities in the room.

All good except shower
Posted 9 May 2024 on HotelsEverything was fine the staff were all very very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the shower, it is totally ridiculous and impossible to wash yourself. I don’t understand the logic in the brain of the person that designed such a shower nozzle.

Very clean, comfy ,spacious room .
Excellent breakfast.
Spar/wellness closed.
But good Hotel for a stopover.
