Great guesthouse, a bit boring neighbourhood
Posted 10 Mar 2016 on HotelsThe guesthouse as such was great. Niece spacious rooms, great wifi connection, clean, big bathroom. Only problem was that it was not very sound isolated, and the neighbours were quite noisy.

Nice place close to the University

Pros: Location, rate, and cleanness.
The rooms have a modern design, are clean and comfortable. The rate is reasonable, and the nice lady at the reception is very helpful.
The only issue is that the walls are quite thin and in the evening you are likely to hear noises from surrounding apartments. I strongly recommend taking earplugs with you!
