We got very lost and did not actually arrive until 6a.m. so only stayed a few hours. However Ben the receptionist was very accommodating. The room was clean but the bathroom door was broken and the bin had not been emptied, apart from that all good

Comfortable stay in fairly basic but adequate room. There was a carpet/some sort of floor covering which spooked out dog. I guess smells linger (we couldn't detect anything but dogs do have super sense of smell). Apart from that, it was absolutely fine and we would stay again, when next passing by.

The room smelled strange. The bathroom had no real walls separating it from the room - more a flex fence. The shower had no curtain so water ends up all over the bathroom. Nice staff, but we had some challenges communicating since one member of staff didn't speak any English.

Bien pour une nuit. Rien autour à pieds. Qualité en rapport avec le prix trés correct. Un nettoyage profond des chambres semble nécessaire (angles et le long des murs, lattes des portes persiennes). Accueil agréable.

Perfecto para descansar en una etapa de viaje al estar situado en una zona muy tranquila apartada del centro de Pau. Recepcionista muy amable. Repetiremos si se da la ocasión. Como parte menos favorable el baño está abierto por arriba, iluminando el resto de la habitación cuando enciendes la luz y por otra parte un poco más de aislamiento sería positivo para la privacidad cuando hay que hacer uso de él.
