酒店分開兩邊，主大樓有兩個大泳池和私人沙灘，十分美麗，很多旅行團出入，但這不是問題，配套十足，如想寧靜，可以選擇對面Villa房間，私隱度十足，早餐算可以的，唯獨是洗手間需要改善一下，水龍頭舊了，建議升級一下，和沖身室佈局也需要與時並進，現今5星酒店已很小這佈局，整體滿意的，會再入住的

Ikke 5 stjernes hotell men kan strekke meg til 4. Store og fine rom. Bassenget var greit samt så fekk man bruke hotell biten som også var bra. Stort minus for priser på mat og drikke i resturant. Resturant biten trekker kraftig ned med en ok mat og drøye priser

Overall, everything was as expected. prompt service, clean rooms, nice resort. Only 2 issues: the "Garden View" is to an empty patch of dirt between the wall. The mattresses were very hard, so my partner didn't sleep well on it

A good stay. Will return again.

A resort style accommodation with nice pool and shady trees. The service was ok and the staff were friendly and helpful. I reserved the hotel 1 night prior to my arrival but when I went to check in the staff did not seem to find my reservation at first. It was not too long til they found me a room. Location of the resort is good and plenty of parking space. The entrance is a bit awkward and made me feel like entering from the backstage. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was awesome.

A room, not a villa!

To call this place Premium Villas is very misleading. It was a room on the ground floor, no view at the front and from the back you were looking into a dump. The pool area were nice but missing the ambience. Will definitely not go back to this place.

worst staff. not recommend.

Terrible staff at the reception! They never smile, only took our money as deposit, and explain where our room was. When checking out, they didn’t gave me back the 2,000B deposit and told us “ sit down and wait a minute” then they did NOTHING for over 10 mins. I asked her what’s going on and if we have any problems, then she took a receipt for the first time saying “sign here.” What? What if I didn’t make any actions? Just keeping us waiting on the sofa? She didn’t return our money even they do not accept any guests without the deposit? 3 women at the evening and 5 women in the morning, but nobody helped us and nobody worked well. Only doing her makeup or drinking water or playing mobile games. The worst hotel I ever stayed throughout Thailand. For your information, the room was clean and tidy. There weren’t lots of restaurants so you would have few choices for dinner. I really hope this would help the guests-in-future.
