Nice property, also one of the owner its really a good guy . Definitely they need to improve the service. Cleaning of the apartment is not good, also after days of cleaning the floor was so dirty that i need 10 min every night to clean my feet. There is a kitchen but its forbidden to cook, and I don't remember was written on expedia. Staff's doesn't smile also if you give 1k bath tips. The only smiling guy was the poor guard at the entrance that I think make turns of more than 16 hours because was always there. Good for backpacker's with a bit of money, Definitely not for people's abituated of a 5 star services. Nothing that a good manager cannot fix anyway. The property its good, the service its the problem.

Worst property I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly incompetent, rude, and lazy. No room service or even a restaurant in or around the hotel. Cold water due to a busted heater that was never fixed, we requested to be shifted to another room with a working heater but they refused. Staff entering the room even though the “Do not disturb” sign is on the door. Room cleaners not showing up till 7 pm and when you ask them to come back an hour later because you’re taking a nap they refuse and say they’ll come tomorrow. Cleaning staff accusing us of stealing towels on our second night in the hotel when the towels were in the toilet. The hotel refusing to give us 4 towels and only agreeing to give us 2 when we had a island trip (we were 4 people and we were renting 2 rooms)

Hotellet er flot. Der er intet at få på hotellet,der er ingen form for restaurant. Du kan ikke få morgenmad. Der bliver sat to små flasker vand 0,25 l hver dag. Alt hvad du havde brug for af vand og div, Må du selv ud og købe. Personalet var venligt men uvidende. Mit valg af værelse er useriøst. Du vælger værelse med havudsigt, men intet fremgår af prospektet om at det er op til 5 sal, hvis din havudsigt skal være bedre med det samme værelse skal du betale meget mere, jeg betalte 8000 bath for at komme op på 16 etage, useriøst. Alt i alt et flot hotel som jeg aldrig vil benytte igen. Iøvrigt elendigt område.
