No one there to geet me.

When I arrived at the hotel reception, there was no one in sight. I waited 15 minutes, then walked around to the TSix5 (sister) hotel where they told me I'd been 'upgraded' to the Phenominal. The staff at the Phenominal were very welcoming, but the hotel itself was just OK and I thought a bit bland. I preferred the room at the TSix5 where I stayed a few months ago. Overall, it was acceptable, but I must say I was very disappointed that there was no-one, no information or no explanation at the TSix5 Quarter to tell me that the hotel was 'out-of-action' for some reason. If I wasn't already familiar with the sister hotel (and so knew where to ask), I would have been quite upset and alarmed at the lack of consideration for a guest who had already paid in full.

Staff is very good. Mate is nice. Location is easy to find. Shuttle car service for The Zign and Tsix5 1st phase is ready to serve. Brush and tooth brush are not prepared. No air condition on walk way on a 7th floor, not sure for other floor.
