Place is smaller than it looks in the pictures and there is a lot of noise and buses always out front. Definitely do not recommend for this price.

Posted 2 Mar 2020 on HotelsThe villa itself is fine although the Small Swimming pool is overlooked by a condo development. Location is ok if you have your own car. Not easy to get a taxi from property and security on the development gate were unhelpful.

Nice villa close to the beach

Pros: Complete privacy, no neighbours looking inside your property. The villa and all the facilities inside are very new. Swimming pool is amazing!!!
The location was very important to us, we wanted the villa which had easy access to the beach and located not far from Walking street, and this was great choice. grand Siam Villa is located in 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach and in about 7 minutes drive to Walking Street.

Location: The villa is located near the beach and not far to Walking street, about 5 minutes on a taxi.
Amazing villa, very large and brand new. We were impressed with the salt water swimming pool and the territory of villa, its huge.

Posted 23 Jan 2020 on Hotels가족여행으로 쓰기에 좋은 숙소였습니다. 특히 수영장이 있어 아이들이 물놀이 하는데 정말 좋았습니다. 단지 check in 하는 장소가 떨어져 있어 기사님이 찾는데 좀 힘드셨다는 것을 제외 하고는 다 만족스러웠습니다. 근처 야시장도 있고 편의점도 많이 있어 먹거리에는 신경쓰지 않아서 좋았습니다.
