Staff were not very friendly , I came to the room which had no water. when I asked for water I got charged 20 baht. it's not about the money. the principal.

Book a rear room if you can.
Posted 22 Aug 2023 on HotelsWe only booked one night initially as we are wary of hotels in Thailand not being up to certain standards. We booked 2 more nights as we were quite happy with the quality. The rooms facing the road are noisy from traffic and don’t have soundproof windows like some of the renown brands, however the rooms facing the rear are super quiet. The aircon is quiet even on low speed to not be a nuisance. And the bed is comfortably soft. Not the best bed we’ve experienced but certainly a very good soft bed with quality 2 pillows each, soft n firm set of 2. And exceptionally clean and free of any lingering smells. If they install secondary glazing to the front side, they will have far less noise complaints. But otherwise we will stay there again in the future.

This property is new and has good value of money. The room is spacious that has all the necessities. I would definitely consider this property for my next trip.
However, the two notes might be:
1) the chair is not very comfortable if you are staying in and using a room as an all-day working space
2) the traffic on the opposite side of the road might be quite bad during peak hours.
